We also perform palliative care and respite care.
Services Provided by Comfort Care Hospice
The services we provide are aimed at managing pain and symptoms associated with both terminal and chronic diagnoses. We will provide all medications, supplies, and durable medical equipment to manage your home health care services. If you or your loved one lives in a nursing home or in assisted living, we will provide end of life care or palliative care there. You can contact our dedicated Comfort Care Hospice interdisciplinary team at any hour. We support patients and families with nursing, psychosocial, and spiritual services. We do everything in our power to make you comfortable.
Hospice Care Isn’t about Giving Up
Some people feel ashamed about considering hospice care for themselves or someone they love, but you should not think of end of life care as giving up. In fact, most people who seek hospice care live longer than those with the same terminal illnesses who don’t. When you make yourself comfortable, you can better tackle the day-to-day difficulties of living with your terminal diagnosis. Comfort Care Hospice simply provides the support to let you fight that little bit longer. Life is not meant to be miserable, and we believe we can add comfort to the lives of all our patients.
